Automatic blank feeding dispenser
WATCH THE VIDEO »The CD-02 blank feeding dispenser is an automatic dispenser for round or rectangular blank feeding for plates, trays and cardboard containers.
The dispenser has been designed to replace the traditional inclined dispenser, offering several advantages:
- • Facilitate the operator's loading of the blank
- • Increase the blank accumulation capacity and therefore increase the autonomy between one load and the next one
- • Automatically report the lack of blank
The dispenser simple construction and modularity allows to quickly change sizes and the track numbers you want to use, in fact, on request, it can be configured from 1 to 3 tracks according to your needs.
Through the practical touch panel it is possible to select the track to be used, freely set the warning of blank lack, the pressing force etc.
The equipment is completely stand-alone and therefore does not require interfaces with the pressing machine to which it is mounted.
For this reason it can adapted perfectly to any pressing machine, even the most dated.
The CD-02 magazine can be supplied for mounting configuration on the pressing machine, on the right or on the left.
